Manage, develop and supervise the activities and operations of the Group Life & Medical Department in line with Company's strategy.
This includes but not limited to supervising and managing the technical unit of the Department, increasing profitability through sales, developing the business, proper planning and analytical statistics, maintaining excellent relationships with brokers, reinsurers and customers, coaching and training the team, developing all aspects and conducting necessary reporting.
