Providing Data Regarding Achievements of Sales and Marketing Targets of the Chains, Continues Gathering & Analyzing of Information about Competitors in the Market
Coordinates with the operations for implementation of planned marketing activities
Closely monitoring the utilization of the Marketing Materials inside the stores
Tracks the performance of new products launches in terms of sales mix and Incidence rate, promotions and kids programs.
Coordinates with the advertising agencies to accomplish various advertising and promotional activities.
Helps in managing the allocated marketing budget effectively for control & effective utilization.
Prepares certain marketing reports ( product mix, sales mix, mode of service )
Developing Local store marketing activities for under-performing restaurants
Follow up with suppliers on delivery date of the printing material
Prepares licenses sheets for various marketing activities and obtains authorizations from the ministry of commerce.
Coordinates with the outdoor agencies the weekly outdoor requirements for each circuit.
Coordinates with the newspapers the weekly & monthly outdoor requirements for each circuit.
Ensures proper implementation of the flyers designing & distribution process.
Participate in relevant trade shows, sales meetings, planning sessions, operations review meetings, and special events
Create a network of marketing 'suppliers, ' including marketing firms, graphic designers and printer shops and broadcast media within the framework of an overall media strategy.
Could be assigned for any marketing activities as per the Brand / Marketing Manager needs
