Responsibilities
· Provide banquet staff with equipment needs and service support. Special requirements on special equipment to be advised by Executive Steward.
· Organize equipment according to B.E.O. and captains requirement.
· Maintain service aisles and service aisles equipment in a clean and organized manner.
· Make coffee and pour into coffee pots.
· Maintain par stock levels of essential inventory.
· Support banquet waiter staff in providing guest with food and beverage in a timely manner and at appropriate temperatures.
· Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
