HR Development:
Contribute to development of NRC Jordan policies and procedures
Proactive identify personnel needs, lack of policy and procedures in NRC Jordan actively suggest improvement
Personnel Administration:
Ensuring NRC Jordan's HR policies and procedures are implemented
Contribute and that ensure that NRC Jordan is working according to Jordanian tax and labour laws
Ensure that all new staff is receiving necessary induction brief
Ensure that all staff has the necessary information/training what it means to be a NRC Employee and expectation related to HR issues.
Responsible for keep complete list of staff and contact information updated
Maintain and update employees' personal files
Follow-up issues concerning health, pension, safety and mental health and well-being
(Prepare payroll and wages sheets?)
Recruitment:
Responsible for the development of generic job descriptions in cooperation with Project Managers
Responsible for recruitment, considering methods for advertisement, interviews and tests to find the best candidates
Responsible for planning and follow up on performance analysis
Develop staff training plans, including training of national staff
