A Leading Telecom Operator is looking for well qualified candidates.
Main Objective :
Responsible of :Execute and implement NSS (CS, PS and IP) related tasks, and keep monitoring the NSS network.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Provides day-to-day operations of assigned services, responding to facilities/services problems in an efficient and timely manner:
"CS Core Tasks:
1. Will be responsible for these nodes: MSSs, MGWs, GWs, HLRs, STPs and Related OSS Systems.
2. Perform daily preventive maintenance operations and check ups on the above systems to ensure its service availability.
3. Check Systems KPIs and follow customer complains related to above systems, and perform corrective actions.
4. Perform regular utilizations studies to ensure preper systems dimensioning.
5. Study Marketing forecasts and do needed dimensioning to ensure best service availability.
6. Do needed software upgrades, and install needed Patches.
7. Do backups on the above system upon procedures.
8. Support the IN, VAS and BSS Systems, with needed configurations and connections.
9. Support the IN, VAS, Marketingng, IT and any other divisions to introduce new services, and provide them with the needed technical support.
10. Implement Inbound and Outbound, GSM and CAMEL Roaming Aggreeements, as requested by Roaming team.
11. Implement Enterprise Customers Connection using SIP & PRI, as requested by Enterprise team.
12. Implement National and International Interconnections, TDM & VoIP, as requested by International & Regulatory teams.
13. Implement International and National Dial Plans, as requested from International and Regulatory teams.
14. Provide proper documentation to related systems and operations.
PS Core Tasks:
1. Will be responsible for these nodes: SGSNs, GGSNs, CGs, DNSs and Related OSS Systems.
2. Perform daily preventive maintenance operations and check ups on the above systems to ensure its service availability.
3. Check Systems KPIs and follow customer complains related to above systems, and perform corrective actions.
4. Perform regular utilizations studies to ensure preper systems dimensioning.
5. Study Marketing forecasts and do needed dimensioning to ensure best service availability.
6. Do needed software upgrades, and install needed Patches.
7. Do backups on the above system upon procedures.
8. Support the IN, VAS and RAN Systems, with needed configurations and connections.
9. Support the IN, VAS, Marketingng, IT and any other divisions to introduce new services, and provide them with the needed technical support.
10. Implement Inbound and Outbound GPRS Roaming Aggreeements, as requested by Roaming team.
11. Provide proper documentation to related systems and operations.
IP Core Tasks:
1. Will be responsible for these nodes: Cisco Routers and Switches (7600, 3700, 7200...), E/// MPBN.
2. Perform daily preventive maintenance operations and check ups on the above systems to ensure its service availability.
3. Be able to install and integrate new nodes, as required.
4. Be able to implement needed database, which includes but not limited to: IP Routing, Interface Configrations, VLANs, VPN Configurations and Natting.
5. Be able to plan for connecting with new VAS, RAN and IT systems, and perform related connections.
6. Be ready to handle additional responsibilities as and when needed by the department/division/business.
7. Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his responsibilities in accordance with the company's Information Security Policies.
