The main responsibility of this role is to promote Huawei's Wireless Networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE) solutions to the potential and current partners in the industry. Educate the clients and operate as specialists for the wireless solutions.
Keep up to date on current market news and competitor activities. Provide clients with new ideas and maintain customer relationship. Participate in conferences, workshops and exhibitions with clients to promote Huawei's image
Have knowledge of the competitor's products and solutions and make SWOT analysis. Keep up to date with the latest information on the market share and the key disadvantages of the competition in order to promote our strengths
Knowledge improvement on existing products and their features. Constant update on new technology trends through articles, magazines and other subscriptions.
Investigate an opportunity with the client where the relevant products/solutions can be applied in order to benefit the client. Hold timely meetings with clients in order to facilitate these promotions
Prepare materials and presentations for our clients' education and aid them in realizing the enhancement in technology and the future trends.
Help them understand that how Huawei's solution can improve their network and lower down theirTCO.
Have informal meetings with clients. Invite them to social events and visit to HQ and/or site visits to exchange global experience. Have formal meetings with clients to provide them our view and advice on solutions that are beneficial. Being on the same wave-length as the customer and listening to their concerns proves Huawei's value for them and creates a better atmosphere
The role includes the responsibility of initiating with the client projects that help realize TCO savings and enables the client to boost their revenue. The planning of such projects and the cost evaluation are based on the understanding that it allows Huawei to benefit as well as its client
The role demands the maintenance of client relationship on a regular basis. Contact with client formal or informal to identify their needs/requirements and future planning, is pivotal.
