• Daily observation and recording of attendance rates, disaggregated by sex and grade level within the classrooms
• Daily observation and recording of the availability, condition and usage of water and sanitation facilities at the school sites in accordance with the INEE Minimum Standards
• Daily inspection and recording of the overall conditions of the learning spaces including the availability of furniture as well as the basic teaching-learning materials in accordance with the INEE Minimum Standards
• Daily observation and recording of school safety including secure learning spaces, play areas and fencing of the school compound in accordance with the INEE Minimum Standards
• On the basis of the daily observations and recordings, recommend improvements that needs to be made in order to ensure a healthy, safe and child friendly environment for students and teachers alike
• Responsible for daily and weekly reporting to the Education Officer
• Other duties as assigned by line manager
