DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customer to generate new business for the organization's products.
• Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Managing Director
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Collaborates with Managing Director to establish and control budgets for sales promotions.
• Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
