Job Summary:

Responsible for overall direction and control of Key Accounts Sales activities. Develops strategies, and objectives with regard to sales quota, new business opportunities, and the maintenance of present customers, responsible for Key Accounts budget, and coordinates with other sales divisions to achieve overall company targets.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Create leads, sell to customers and ensure follow up.
2. Meet and discuss with clients directly and indirectly through the agent.
3. Follow up clients' requirements, and ensure satisfying it.
4. Manage the key Accounts Sales targets' achievement.
5. Contribute to the overall company sales targets, and budget.
6. Responsible for the development of sales of designated sector in the whole country.
7. Proactively identify Accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any 'at risk' customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained as customers.
8. Proactively develop relationships with key customers and provide Product Marketing team with customer feedback on product improvements.
9. Assist in efficient sales analysis and researches.
10. Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends. Identify products and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives.
11. Conduct Rate Reviews/Billing disputes and credits with strategic customers upon request.
12. Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
13. Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.
14. Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
15. Ensure customers are proficient in using services by identifying user needs and providing training and consultative services.
16. Responsible for managing, supporting, and servicing the account related needs of an assigned set of strategic customers.
17. Negotiate at a high level, but within well-defined limits of discretion.
18. Follows latest trends and developments in own field and adapts these to apply in the company.
19. Develop new business and maintain customer satisfaction
20. Responsible for maintaining existing revenue within own sector and retaining the existing accounts.
21. Report achievements to Sales Manager and discuss obstacles.
