A start-up matrimonial portal is looking for experienced Customer Service agents, residents in Amman, Jordan to implement the following tasks:
Represent a group of members/ users of the portal for whom:
• Will be acting as a Personal Agent and initial contact.
• Will be in charge of asking for proof of any key information listed in their members' profiles so as to ensure their authenticity.
• Will be initiating contact between the members they are representing and fitting suitors, as well as giving useful recommendations and guidance to the members about each candidate they make contact with.
• Will be giving personal support to members in finding the right match and alerting them to fitting profiles.
