Primary purpose of the Job:
Develop, follow-up and maintain continuous good customer relationship within the Company's administrative, financial and procedural objectives, as set by Company Management.
In addition to existing customer coverage, identify, develop and achieve new potential business opportunities within the financial targets and objectives as set by the Company Management.
Principal Accountabilities:
Achieve set sales targets, volume and value-wise.
Maximize sales opportunities through finding more prospective customers.
Search & identify customer enquiries and follow-up on any requirement or sale opportunities.
Develop a close working relationship with the customer; to know his organizational structure and activities departmental functions, key Management. Financial background, short/long-term requirements and new developments within the customer's organization.
In conjunction with Sales Manager & Admin. Clerk, prepare & submit quotations to the clients in accordance to the customer's requirements.
Subsequent to quote submittal, maintain a continuous contact with customers to evaluate and note the outcome, in accordance with Company Procedure.
In conjunction with Sales Manager follow-up on payments and collection of any outstanding sales invoices.
Report on sales actions, achievements, status, forecasts of projects, and any matters enchaining and affecting the sales targets and strategy.
Start and grow market study to identify potential clients and partners, survey and analyze the competition activities in all markets.
