Role :
This role is to be undertaken by an individual whose core role is Expert or Senior Consultant. This individual will spend part of their time managing and organizing the team and part of their time working as a technical expert.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Will be supporting in clients interaction, gathering requirements, development cycle and quality of the delivery.
•Assisting with the allocation of staff and/or expertise to projects and the management of staff utilisation through with project manager.
•Ensuring that work carried out by the Team is executed in such a way as to comply with the Quality and timeframe
•Acting as a technical mentor/coach to all Team members.
•Being available to discuss and resolve technical issues with other technical staff as necessary
•Carrying out the development reviews, training needs assessments and competency assessment reviews for the Team members.
•Identifying work opportunities and preparing or assisting with the preparation of technical proposals as required.
•Carrying out the duties which may reasonably be requested of you within the broad parameters of the role.
•Provide on hand development tasks as a member of the team.
Interpersonal Competencies:
•BS Computer Science or equivalent.
•4+ years field experience.
