Position: Product Marketing Assistant
Purpose: the successful applicant is responsible to assist and support the marketing team in execution the set marketing plan, and follow up with the customers in the territory for their local marketing activity in addition to monitor and control their budget spending.
Position Responsibilities:
- Follow the marketing strategies and plans strategy plan to achieve the yearly target.
- Execute and follow with related parties on the Marketing campaigns (Product launching, promotion, etc.) including ATL and BTL activities and keep strong and continuous communication with the business partners to implement such campaigns and ensure nice and on-time execution, while providing all required material (guidelines, creative, etc.).
- In-directly supervise, lead and support the product marketing activities.
- Monthly reporting
Position: Field Test Engineer
Purpose: the successful applicant is responsible to conduct the requested test by both (R&D) and operators on the newly before launching to assure best consumer experience in LEVANT with not issues.
Position Responsibilities:
- Field Test Engineering for newly developed mobile phone models ( 2G, 3G ) before they are started to be sold in LEVANT market.
- Testing all of the functions of the new phone models with and without GSM & UMTS network
- Reporting bugs and sharing ideas with the R&D team.
- Modifying the user manuals of the mobile phones.
- Giving support to call center, sales department and customers (partners)
- Regularly, to be in contact with local operators.
- Conduct the needed training for the partners SVC team on the new applications and technologies offered in the new models.
Position: Trainer
Purpose: as a key member of Samsung team, the main role is to train distributor's sales team, retailers, promoters and internal staff on product and soft skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Development of product training materials
- Development of sales/soft training materials
- Imparting sales training to distributor sales staff
- Imparting sales training to Retailer sales staff
- Imparting sales training to Operator sales staff
- Imparting sales training to Samsung sales staff and SFMT.
