Knowledge Transfer Specialist - iHorizons




- Create, design and write technical documentations (in English and Arabic): manage, implement and instruct information related to iHorizons solutions, including user's guide, help, documentation materials and training manuals.
- Work with Head of User Experience Unit to revise and finalize content.
- Research iHorizons software products, including talking to knowledgeable staff (developers and product managers), attending development and design meetings, using the software, and reading software specifications and other design documents.
- Build online help tutorial based on approved content within established guidelines.
- Continually consult with the developers and product managers to ensure user-manual, software/product documentation and training materials are up to date.
- Develop, analyse and evaluate training requirements.
- Develop training plans, curriculum and outlines.
- Schedule and deliver training sessions for clients.
- Arrange and deliver classes, seminars, conferences, and workshops for iHorizons trainees, upon request.
- Determine learning and instructional methods/tools such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demo, conferences, workshops, etc.
- Collect and analyse feedback and after-training evaluation forms. Utilize the information to develop the training process, material, etc.
