Essential Functions:
• Overall responsibility of business units operations in the country
• Innovating new systems for optimum Center functions
• Responsible for setting up new business units in the country

Visa Application Center specific:
• Developing and maintaining relationship with Diplomatic Missions in the country
• Manage effective coordination of all divisions in the country
• Handle emergencies
• Maintain efficiency of all divisions in the country

Value Added Sales specific:
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
• Manage an efficient balance between transactional ops and value added sales functions
• To work with the Value Added Services team in order to create new channels of Revenue
• Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
• Direct responsibility for country's profitability

• Reports to the Regional Head
