Job Summary:
Provide technical and administrative support for LAN and WAN using operating systems and a variety of application software. Maintain adequate knowledge of existing hardware and software in use to maximize efficiency of the network and users' utilization of them. Provide written documents which evaluate LAN and WAN information on periodic intervals.
Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for users in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
• To consistently improve company infrastructure*, a company infrastructure manager's responsibilities include developing and maintaining the company infra structure, ensuring projects are completed within budget guidelines and maintaining best practices for an organization's infrastructure.
*NOTE: the Company infrastructure include and not limited to the following:
Radio stations Broadcasting equipment, Broadcasting network, Broadcasting towers, Broadcasting room maintenance, telephone and fax network, data center and server room maintenance, air conditioning system, access control and security system.
