Plan, implement and monitor the performance of the brand and ensure proper implementation and work with management and sales department to assist in formulating the best possible way to promote the products and participate in the long-term development of the company that brings new business opportunities and ensure the relationship with distributors and suppliers.
Work with management to develop product pricing strategy through product knowledge and product development capacity and future product needs.
Plan the launch of new products in the market (i.e. advertising strategies, presentation and communication).
Provide management and suppliers with market research results and prepare of periodic reports showing the performance of the company brands and competitors.
Deliver the company and the consumer ideas to suppliers regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, targeted strategy and business communication.
Establish study groups to better understand the results of market studies to see whether the product has achieved the desired result and accordingly evaluate the marketing strategies.
Leading the product strategic planning based on consumer studies, strengthening existing investments and communication with the consumer.
Benefit from budget in the most appropriate form and make sure that all tools used such as marketing, advertising and other costs are within the budget.
Implementation of marketing plans through proper communication with internal and external suppliers to deliver goods on time within the budget, development of communication tools (i.e. websites, brochures, packaging and display). Contribute to the development and expansion of customer base and sales.
Work closely with the market in all channels to obtain opinions and deliver product ideas and advertising to the utmost possible number of customers. Monitor and analyze the performance of competitors and business goals compared to performance in terms of awareness, market share, consumer knowledge, profitability and competitiveness.
Identify department KPI's (i.e. advertising costs, marketing tools, prices, market demands, sales estimates). Set regular meetings with the teams to achieve all goals. Learn from past experience and expertise to allow development in all areas.
Monitoring product sales and ensure that the strategy proved successful, work on future plans to ensure the continued success of the product. Work closely with research agencies to get data on the development and implementation of brand studies and focus groups.
Monitor the work of subordinate's and the marketers and identify their priorities and the developmental areas.
