SIPCO is looking for highly Professional Certified Trainers, Professors, Freelance Developmental Coaches, with a minimum of 2 years experience in providing highly interactive, engaging, case-study and activity-based training for executives and managers in Soft Skills, Sales, Marketing, HR Development, Negotiation, Supervisory Skills, Communication, Train-the-Trainer, and Project-Management modules.

Key Roles
- Conduct needs-based training assessment for clients
- Develop customized training modules for clients
- Conduct pre-training assessment and evaluation
- Ensure the delivery of quality and highly interactive training sessions
- Prepare professional presentations and training workbooks
- Develop visual aids, interactive tools and role play scenarios to reinforce learning concepts
- Conduct post-training evaluation and assessment to compare pre-training results
- Measure performance of trainees and develop follow-up reinforcement tools for management
- Draft final report for management on training conducted and key objectives achieved
- Complete other tasks allocated on needs basis of HR training and development projects
