- Conduct internal & external equity analysis on regular basis.
- Design pay scale, variable pay scheme and incentive plans as per the organization compensation philosophy.
- Carry out Job Analysis exercise and update job descriptions as per the need.
- Conduct job evaluation exercise for all roles and upon any changes in job contents.
- Carry out annual comba-ratio analysis based on the employees position on the scale & their performance results and process annual merit increases accordingly.
- Implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures properly.
