- Design and implement Career Path Plans for all employees and Succession Plans for key roles in the organization.
- Design, implement and promote development programs for candidates in the talent pool.
- Facilitate and manage the performance management cycle with all departments including performance planning, performance review and formal performance evaluation phases.
- Develop the training strategy and set training targets.
- Conduct training needs assessment on annual basis.
- Set annual training plan and training budget accordingly.
- Implement training & development processes properly.
