1. Supervise field sales activities.
2. Ensure scheduling field attendances properly to cover full universe on quarterly basis.
3. Scan virgin areas for coverage.
4. Ensure procedural conformity to daily, weekly, monthly of teams members.
5. Responsible for the team performance, sales fundamentals and business objectives (Coverage, Distribution, Productivity. Visibility).
6. Implement and fill calculated Van stock and Order with the required replenishments.
7. Ensure cash posting on daily basis.
8. Conduct monthly vans audits.
9. Responsible for training, coaching and developing the Van Sales Reps.
