DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, channels and suppliers.
• Follow-up bids with the global organizations.
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.
• Writing and proofreading copy.
• Liaising with designers and printers; organizing photo shoots.
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases.
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
• Managing budgets.
• Evaluating marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• In addition to above travel is required to meet with clients
