Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- Set project MS plan (Responsibilities & Duties).
- Create project charter.
- Create project scope statement.
- Set project procurement plan (Resources).
- Set project communication plan, risk plan, and quality olan.
- Maintain all project documents and updates on Enterprise Project Management System (EPM).
- Follow up on performing the project tasks and assure accuracy and quality of work by implementing performance evaluation tools.
- Identify sources of risks and assuring proper implementation of risk management procedures.
