Position Overview:
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives for the assigned product portfolio. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and suggests marketing plan changes as needed. Coordinates marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the defined portfolio in collaboration with other portfolio leaders and regional marketing.
Promote brands via a multitude of platforms and oversee company websites and email marketing campaigns

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Note - The role of Sr. Strategic Market Manager includes all of the functions outlined below depending on the specific needs of the assigned portfolio:

• Develop product material for existing and new products. Conduct deep analysis for existing and new products in order to map out trends and identify key response variables
• Implement and create Promotions, Seminars, and Training Programs for clients and to support Sales Team.
• Suggest and evaluate new product and partnering opportunities that leverage our portfolios and position in the market for sustained growth.
• Develop and Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values by creating new Marketing Material and Approaches. Develop and test new marketing strategies which improve response rates among new and existing customer segments.


A. Strategic Marketing Plan
• Responsible for preparing and gathering necessary quantitative data for thorough annual analysis of the portfolio.
• Creation, implementation and maintenance of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the allocated product lines
• Drive specific global initiatives for the complete marketing mix (positioning, product, price, promotion and place/distribution)
• Review and approve direct marketing creatives to ensure strategy is executed properly
• Support the development of an annual plan for growth with each assigned client. Set specific goals based upon this written plan. Modify the plan, as needed, based upon changing product conditions.
• Provide strong leadership to the agency business development team.

B. Portfolio Management
• Manage the portfolio of products and understanding market developments and proposing appropriate responses
• Collecting and analyzing market needs from a range of sources (sales, customers, opinion leaders). Translating the needs into a portfolio plan.
• Develop and maintain a long term roadmap for the portfolio each year
• Suggest solutions and partnering opportunities that leverage our portfolios and position in the market for sustained growth.
• To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
