• Assists in the day-to-day operation of the HR department.
• Assists in the recruiting and staffing logistics.
• Receives applications, records in HR Database and sends acknowledgement letters to applicants.
• Drafts employment contracts and packages.
• Maintains and up-to-date employees records both in electronic and hard copies including personnel information, attendance, training, leaves, vacations, etc.
• Maintains the personnel filling system.
• Assists with the administrative duties for the appraisal and salary review processes.
• Provides responses to general HR inquiries both verbal and written.
• Follows up with the health insurance to apply employee's subscriptions, cancellations, etc.
• Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.
