Duties and Responsibilities:
•Implement operational activities of AFF action plan to meet set targets.
•Manage the execution of programs to ensure that budget, work schedule and performance goals are met
•.Negotiate for venue booking, arrange food and beverage, order supplies & audiovisual equipment and ensure appropriate theme to meet the quality expectations.
•Handle webinars contents & logistics, and liaise with communication officer to announce online.
•Handle all logistics details in terms of agenda, theme, participants list, materials, notebooks, packages, gifts.
•Identify & invite facilitators & speakers, discuss with them the session content and agree n the final content.
•Make site visits and find resources to help make decisions about events and meetings arrangements.
•Conduct training need assessment; analyze results to organize customized training material.
•Work closely with the communication officer in compiling training results and publishing them online.
•Follow up on new programs related to the philanthropic sector advancements.
•Develop and prepare weekly status report for the Direct Manager.
