•Monitoring technician's performance in terms of their KPI's & objectives on Daily basis.
•Applies training for technicians about new models troubleshooting.
•Sets repair appointment for the technicians.
•Preparing detailed analysis of RR cases, and generating suitable corrective & preventive actions.
•Sharing with technicians in the workshop the latest updates of service manuals & bulletins.
•Maintains the quality of repair to enhance the RR.
