In addition to the general managerial description, functions include:
- Develop good relationships with all parties related through continuous field visits and other PR tools to enhance the Business of the department.
- Assist the Group and Individual departments in the technical analysis of the claims for more accurate pricing and benefits.
- Assist the Group and Individual departments in the policy wording of medical contracts and to provide the departments with continuous feedback for any improvements.
- Cooperate with the Customer Relationship Managers in order to maximize the business opportunities for the company.
- Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of the company's financial statements, including the IC reports, and claims bordereaux.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management of the company.
