Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works with local and external suppliers.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Prepare reports and summarize data concerning stock, offers and investments.
Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
Ensure proper coordination and communication with suppliers within the purchasing scope of work and ensure on-time delivery.
Managing and following up overseas orders.
Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing products.
Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist management with sourcing, selecting and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of products (local and overseas).
Ensure proper implementation for local laws and regulations (i.e. FDA, Customs)
Follow up on the registration process with all related parties.
