- Set KPI and goals for sales team based on the agreement with management and principal.
- Establish sales plan and drive the same in the market in accordance for respective categories and channel (shoken influenced)
- Monitor daily sales progress against budget with sales team, identify problems, propose action and execute.
- Control of stock allocation for sales people depending on the priority of the channel.
- Execution and monitoring of promotion/activity along with marketing and commercial manager.
- Regular market visits and monitoring point of sales with sales respective sales number.
