- Support in the recruitment of 3 psychosocial workers and a psychologist
- Organise the training of the team on psychosocial strategy of HI's intervention
- Implementation/definition of monitoring tools for PSS activities
- With the PSS workers, define the content of the group activities and accompany the launching of the activities
