-Monitor and control the enforcement of the physical security programs and practices in accordance with endorsed physical strategy and policies.
-Report on the physical security practices and procedures along with proper recommendations and corrective actions whenever deemed necessary. Implement, enforce, and monitor physical security practices at all the guarded buildings to ensure full compliance with plans, procedures, and guidelines.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of guards and security contractors to ensure full compliance of practice/implementation with agreements'/contracts' terms and conditions.
-Recommend improvement amendments to security contracts/agreements wherever necessary to keep them in line with security policies and regulations.
-Conduct proper investigations & surveillance of all reported incidents on sites, from initial report to police liaison to prevent re-occurrence and amending relevant procedures.
-Conduct annual physical security risk analysis for the group sites to update previous analysis with respect to level of crime, terrorism, workplace violence, and threats from man made disasters.
-Supervise the daily operation of the security systems and report operation status to the direct manager regularly to ensure sustainable reliability of systems and operations.
-Maintain proper security control before, during, and after special events.
