1. Load and store cart per Marriott standard. Store in closet as defined by property standard.
2. Clean each guest room at Marriott standard as defined by property standard.
3. Enter each guest room by knocking on the door and saying, "Housekeeping".
4. Upon entering guest room, ensure that all trash is picked up and any items missing are reported.
5. Change the linens and make the bed properly.
6. Clean bathroom, including shower curtain, walls, mirror, tub, toilet, and floor. Properly place standard items in the bathroom area.
7. Dust room items, vacuum floor, clean inside drawers, and clean and check under bed.
8. Restock cart for the next day.
9. Turn in keys and cart.
10. Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
