• The Community Mobilization Team Leader is responsible for the liaison with the project community and the maintenance of good relations between NRC and the project communities. This includes aiding in the coordination of activities of technical staff in project areas and consulting with NRC project team regarding appropriate and effective community approach.
• Planning and coordination of project relevant issues with stakeholders within the project communities
• Facilitating meetings and community activities as related to project planning and implementation
• Documentation and taking minutes of meetings as needed
• Awareness raising, motivation and providing program information to beneficiaries and host communities.
• Coordination with local authorities and other NGOs and INGOs.
• Development positive community communications and relations
• Perform other related duties as identified by his/her supervisor
