A Leading Telecom Operator is looking for well qualified candidates.
Main Objective :
Responsible of: Maintaining IT Network systems performance, operation and security.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Provides day-to-day operations of assigned services, responding to facilities/services problems in an efficient and timely manner:
"1. Provide second level troubleshooting and escallation point with vendor
2. Maintain DataCenters network operation
3. Maintain and support enterprise wide IT Network Infrastructure support and operation
4.Provide updates to hardware and software for network systems, mainly Cisco platforms
5. Maintain Network systems performance and security
6. Manage, support and operate network security devices
7. Develop transitional plans for acquisition and installation of equipment
8. Liaise with users and provides technical consultancy across the organization relating to applications, systems software, etc in relation to Network Infrastructure
9. Resolve technical problems, determine equipment and software needs, and coordinate information system priorities
10. Suggest and implements network infrastructure and process improvements
11. Maintain appropriate documentation
12. Remain informed of the latest developments and technology trends
13.Provide management support for special projects"
Be ready to handle additional responsibilities as and when needed by the department/division/business.
