Key Responsibilities:


• Drive departmental sales initiatives through daily sales activities. Ensure all critical KPIs are met as per the plan (conversion ratio, daily completed calls, and monthly revenue targets).
• Adhere to all reporting and departmental procedures pertaining to sales process and customer acquisition; submit daily reports on sales figures and feedback.
• Coordinate with reporting manager to evaluate performances till date, discuss and redefine individual sales strategy.
• Attend Daily Department / Team Huddle, review daily reports with Head of Sales.
• Coordinate with department head in aligning/ modifying existing sales process to ensure higher productivity.
• Attain sales proficiency in all new products that are introduced.
